I am a yoga teacher and advocate dedicated to supporting others on their journey to well-being. My work weaves together yoga, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care with compassionate guidance, creating a nurturing space where individuals can safely reconnect with themselves through gentle movement, meditation, self-inquiry, and embodied presence.
I am honored to offer gentle, grounded support to individuals at all stages of life, from those navigating high-stress challenges to those at the end of life, helping them find peace, comfort, and connection. I work with adults of all ages, especially those navigating high-stress situations or facing end-of-life transitions.
